Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the US at this time, including Canada, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, counted from when your order ships (not when it’s placed), and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost Packages (In Transit)

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package never arrives and tracking never shows a delivery scan, contact us at support@husarianation.com with your order number. We’ll open a trace with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, at your choice.

Stolen or Missing After Delivery

We are not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but are then lost or stolen from your address. If you have concerns about package security, please provide delivery instructions or use a secure delivery location. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us — we’re happy to help however we can, but a confirmed delivery is outside what we can refund or replace.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order ships.
